Job Description:

Pembina Co-op serves 15 communities and surrounding areas in southwestern Manitoba with over 10,000 members, providing products and services in 4 distinct commodities of Home & Building, Energy, Agriculture and Food. Due to our widespread trading area, we are looking for individuals who have an absolute passion for building relationships with people in the capacity of promoting our services and growing our market share of building materials within our trading area!

This position has been established with a base salary (with benefits) and an additional incentive of commission and bonus based on sales targets. If you have 5+ years of SALES experience in building materials, construction or hardware and have the ability to pursue sales through IN PERSON visits and cold calls, the we would like the opportunity to meet and further discuss this position!

This position will have a home base at our Souris Home Centre. As with many sales related positions, most of your business will be conducted on construction sites, in your company vehicle or off site, as it is our expectation that you seek out connections and not wait for them to come to you!
