Job Description:

Reporting to the Production Manager, as the Production Coordinator - Truss, you will coordinate production and release of orders in a timely manner. You also ensure products are manufactured and delivered to clients within expected timeframe to enhance customer satisfaction.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Determining the timelines, order details and delivery requirements. • Ensuring completeness and accuracy of required production documents and following up with product design engineers when necessary. • Managing production work schedules and ensuring production work is within timeframe and set goals, and delivering products to clients in a timely manner. • Monitoring daily production and shipping progress using BisTrack and MiTek software programs. • Coordinating with schedule just-in-time delivery of completed production orders. • Assisting in project and schedule planning, including adjustment of production and shipping schedules to accommodate changing priorities or unforeseen circumstances.
