Investing in the future of our industry starts here! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our members at the 2024 golf tournaments, Supply-Build Canada is proud to offer financial awards to support both employees of member companies and their children in furthering their education.
Last year, we awarded 12 scholarships of $1,500 each! While the final amount may vary based on the number of applicants, our commitment remains the same—empowering the next generation and helping industry professionals upskill for success.
Who’s Eligible?
- Employees of a Supply-Build Canada member company (company must be in good standing with membership fees paid in full).
- Family members of employees at member companies who are enrolled in a post-secondary program.

Government Training Grant
Get financial help to upskill your workforce!
Taking advantage of high-quality training and making sure your workforce is as skilled as it can be makes good business sense and will pay off in closer customer and supplier relationships, as well as increased sales and profits. However, these rewards can take some time to materialize. How do you, as a business owner, manage the expense of training in the short term?
Supply-Build Canada is working with provincial governments to advocate for recognition of our programming as job-growth initiatives that can provide tax breaks and rebates to businesses that are investing in their people through training. At present, there are existing job grants available that can greatly offset the cost of professional development for your team. Be sure to read the requirements for each carefully before applying.
