Education and Training
buildHER is dedicated to providing educational and training programs specifically designed to enhance leadership skills and industry-specific knowledge. Our goal is to equip women with the tools they need to succeed and lead in the building sector.

Mentorship and Networking
Through "buildHER " programs, we pair experienced women in the industry with newcomers to foster mentorship and support. Additionally, we organize networking events to connect women professionals, facilitating knowledge sharing and career advancement opportunities.
