Attract is one of the four pillars of Supply-Build Canada, but what does it actually mean? This is how we draw people to the industry in order to keep building a future together.

It’s also what we do to keep those who have chosen to join us growing and thriving once they’ve made the jump. We attract new faces by setting up career fairs and the job board, so that we can make meaningful connections with job seekers and organizations that support job seekers to be sure you always have a candidate pool.

We attract new faces and support existing employees by offering scholarships, to our members and beyond, to help remove barriers that might keep people from growing in the industry. We attract those wanting to jump into the industry by providing internship opportunities in order to set up both the existing team and the interns for success. And we offer HR resources to not only create your ideal team but also keep them happy and thriving.
