Job Description:

Reporting to the Construction Manager, as the Framing Superintendent you will oversee construction of individual homes from the staking stage to the installation stage while ensuring customer satisfaction. You also coordinate various aspects of the construction process to ensure quality work is within budget and schedule.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Coordinating daily schedules, workloads and supplies with trades and suppliers, ensuring quality of workmanship and materials adhere to Qualico’s standards and all Building and Safety code requirements. • Ensuring site plans, specifications and adjustments are updated and accurate to prevent errors or discrepancies and to resolve site issues or trade inquiries. • Completing various construction and unit detailing tasks to prepare for home turnover. • Promoting a safe work environment and conducting regular safety inspections. Ensuring all employees and trades work in a safe manner and comply with Qualico’s Safety Program and relevant safety legislation. • Addressing customer concerns or inquiries in a professional and timely manner to ensure satisfaction of home quality. • Coordinating the completion of any outstanding deficiencies in the first 30 days following possession ensuring customer satisfaction.
