Job Description:

Our client, a leading provider of Building Envelope materials, seeks a dynamic and visionary Strategic Branch Manager to join their team in Burnaby, BC. Role Overview:

This opportunity entails spearheading initiatives to double our business in the next 3-5 years by fostering relationships, infiltrating the Build Eco-system, and creating opportunities while cultivating a winning culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management:
  • Warehouse,
  • Inside Sales, and
  • Outside Sales,
  • collaborating closely with the Regional Director.
• Experience in managing P&L, Forecasting, Budgeting and Safety programs
• Drive strategic business development, emphasizing customer experience, team empowerment, and goal-oriented growth.
• Actively engage in relationship-building with key customers and stakeholders in the construction industry.
• Analyze market trends, strategize, and implement innovative solutions for sustainable growth.
• Embrace a hands-on approach, balancing leadership and team support, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
• Management of a large distribution center for Lumber and Building Materials

Requirements:

• Blend of operational, customer service, and sales experience, with a strong emphasis on sales proficiency.
• Proven leadership skills with a passion for developing and empowering teams.
• Exposure to the building and construction industry is preferred.
• Experience in analytical thinking and strategy development is advantageous.
• Experience Managing a large operation in the Distribution and Sales of Lumber and Building Materials
